摘要
本文总结了PCR检测沙门氏菌过程中被检目标基因的选择、引物的特异性以及国内外检测沙门氏菌的一些实例,分析了PCR检测沙门氏菌在引物选择上存在的问题,简述了在传统PCR技术基础上发展起来的检测沙门氏菌新方法。
Abstract
This paper summarized the target gene selection and primer specificity in the PCR procedures of Salmonella detection.Some practical case studies at home and abroad were listed as examples.We also analyzed the problems happened on primer choosing in the PCR detection of Salmonella and introduced some modified approached for Salmonella detection developed based on traditional PCR technologies.
