施用烯效唑对香蕉矮化、果实性状及品质的影响

[目的]研究烯效唑不同处理对香蕉植株矮化、果实性状和品质的影响,筛选出矮化效果明显、稳定的烯效唑处理,为满足香蕉矮化密植、绿色栽培需求提供参考。[方法]以清水为对照,以烯效唑(X1~X3:0。1、0。3、0。5 g/株)、多效唑(D1~D3:0。1、0。3、0。5 g/株)、矮壮素(A1~A3:0。1、0。2、0。3 mL/株)不同用量进行试验,分别设烯效唑(X1、X2、X3)、多效唑(D1、D2、D3)、烯效唑+多效唑(X1D1、X1D2、X1D3、X2D1、X3D1)、烯效唑+矮壮素(X1A1、X1A2、X1A3、X2A1、X3A1)16 个处理,在桂蕉 9 号 16~18 叶期进行根部淋施(200 mL/株)处理第 1 次,28 d后处理第 2 次,观察不同处理对香蕉株高、果实性状和品质的影响。[结果]与对照相比,随着烯效唑、多效唑及烯效唑混配剂施用量和使用次数的增加,桂蕉 9 号的株高呈现不断变矮的变化趋势。经烯效唑、多效唑单剂处理 1~2 次后,株高减少 12。7~94。3 cm,不同处理间株高矮化程度表现为X3-1>X2-1>X1-1,X3-2>X2-2>X1-2,D3-1>D2-1>D1-1,D3-2>D2-2>D1-2(-1、-2 表示处理第一、二次);在同等施用量处理条件下,烯效唑处理的株高矮化程度显著高于多效唑处理。经烯效唑混配剂处理 1~2 次后,桂蕉 9 号株高比对照显著减少 31。3~73。4 cm,不同处理间的株高矮化程度表现为X3D1-1>X2D1-1>X1D3-1>X1D2-1>X1D1-1,X3D1-2>X1D3-2>X2D1-2>X1D2-2>X1D1-2,X3A1-1>X1A2-1>X2A1-1>X1A3-1>X1A1-1,X3A1-2>X2A1-2>X1A1-2>X1A2-2>X1A3-2。经 X2、X1A2、X2A1、X1D2、X2D1 处理 1~2 次后,桂蕉 9 号的单株产量、果实性状出现不同程度的下降,其中处理X1D2-1、X2D1-1、X2D1-2 的产量下降最显著。与对照处理相比,大部分烯效唑单剂或混配剂处理显著增加了果肉钾含量、可溶性固形物含量,减少了淀粉含量,不同程度增加了蔗糖、可溶性糖含量及糖酸比,改善了桂蕉 9 号果实品质和口感。[结论]综合考虑烯效唑单剂、混配剂处理对香蕉植株矮化、单株产量、果实品质的影响效果,根据绿色生产技术的要求及简单、稳定、适量的使用原则,优先推荐在香蕉 16~18 叶龄时施用烯效唑0。1~0。3 g/株(X1、X2)1~2 次。
Effects of uniconazole application on dwarfing,fruit traits and quality in banana
[Objective]The effects of different enoconazole treatments on the plant dwarfing,fruit traits and quality in banana were studied to screen out the treatments with significant and stable dwarfing effects,so that to provide references for banana dwarfing,condensed planting and green cultivation.[Method]By using water as the control,different doses of three plant growth regula-tors viz.,enoconazole(X1-X3:0.1,0.3,0.5 g/plant),paclobutrazol(D1-D3:0.1,0.3,0.5 g/plant),and cycocel(A1-A3:0.1,0.2,0.3 mL/plant)were tested at the present experiment.Sixteen treatments of enoconazole(X1,X2,X3),paclobutrazol(D1,D2,D3),enoconazole+paclobutrazol(X1D1,X1D2,X1D3,X2D1,and X3D1),and enoconazole+cycocel(X1A1,X1A2,X1A3,X2A1,and X3A1)were designed for root watering(200 mL/plant)in banana variety Guijiao 9 for the first time at 16-18 leaf stage and the second time after 28 days.The effects of different treatments on plant height,fruit traits and quality in Guijiao 9 were observed.[Result]As compared with the control,with the increase of applying dose and frequency of enoconazole,paclobutrazol,and enoconazole mixed agents,the plant height showed a change trend of continuous dwarfing.After applying single unicon-azole and paclobutrazol for 1-2 times,the plant height was shortened by 12.7-94.3 cm.The dwarf-ing degree of plant height in different treatments presented as X3-1>X2-1>X1-1,X3-2>X2-2>X1-2,D3-1>D2-1>D1-1,D3-2>D2-2>D1-2.Under the same dose conditions,the dwarfing de-gree of plant height treated with enoconazole was significantly higher than that treated with pa-clobutrazol.After being treated with enoconazole mixed agents for 1-2 times,the plant height was significantly reduced by 31.3-73.4 cm as compared to the control.The dwarfing degree of plant height in different treatments was as follows:X3D1-1>X2D1-1>X1D3-1>X1D2-1>X1D2-1>X1D1-1,X3D1-2>X1D3-2>X2D1-2>X1D2-2>X1D1-2,X3A1-1>X1A2-1>X2A1-1>X1A3-1>X1A1-1,X3A1-2>X2A1-2>X1A2-2>X1A3-2.The yield per plant,bunch length,and fruit traits were decreased in varying degrees in the treatments X2,X1A2,X2A1,X1D2,and X2D1;of which,the treatments X1D2-1,X2D1-1,and X2D1-2 presented the most significant decrease in yield per plant.Compared with the control,most treatments of enoconazole single or mixed agents significantly increased the contents of potassium and soluble solids in fruit pulp,while reduced the starch content;they also increased sucrose and soluble sugar contents,and sugar acid ratio in varying degrees,therefore improved the fruit quality and taste of banana.[Conclusion]Taking into ac-count the effects of single agent and mixed agent treatments of enoconazole on plant dwarfing,yield per plant,fruit quality in banana,and based on the requirements of green production technology and the principles of simpleness,stability and suitable dose,it is recommended to apply 0.1-0.3 g/plant(X1,X2)of enoconazole for 1-2 times at 16-18 leaf stage on banana production.
