摘要
《礼记·檀弓上》"孔子少孤"章的说解,因为涉及孔子身世与后世"圣人"形象的塑造,历来聚讼纷纭."以礼解经"是其中一种较为常见的论证方法,核心是对殡葬之别、殷周丧葬异制、合葬主次之序的往复调和.从郑注到孔疏,从吴澄到王夫之,再到陈澧、郭嵩焘、俞樾、黄以周等等,诸家运用相似的方法研解同一问题,在同样归宗"圣人"的思想前提下,得出互有同异的结论,展现了经学解释的丰富性.探索其间的脉络、差异以及旨趣,也有助于理解经学诠释的方法与义理问题.
Abstract
The interpretation of the chapter of"Kongzi Shaogu"(Confucius'Father's Early Passing,孔子少孤)of Tangong 檀弓 in TheBook of Rites has long been a subject of controversy due to its connection to Confucius'family history and the portrayal of the Sage in later generations.Explaining the classics with etiquette is a relatively common method of argumentation;its core involves reconciling the distinctions in funeral practices,the differing burial customs of the Yin and Zhou Dynasties,and the hierarchical order of joint burials.From Zhengxuan's annotation to Kongyinda's interpretation,from Wu Cheng to Wang Fuzhi,and further to scholars such as Chen Li,Guo Songtao,Yu Yue,Huang Yizhou,and others,similar methods are employed to explore the same issue.And draw different conclusions under the same foundational concept of the Sage,which shows the diversity of the interpretation of classics.Investigating the development,differences and purposes are also helpful for understanding of the methods and philosophical questions involved in the interpretation of classics.
