摘要
《尚书》是传统政治哲学的经典,本文以哲学的诠释为主,旨在揭示《尚书》民本思想的意蕴,阐发其现代价值.中国民本思想发源于《尚书》,后经孔子、孟子的继承与发展,达到完备形态,成为中国传统政治哲学的主流和特色.本文借用现代政治哲学中正当性与证成性这一对范畴,对传统民本思想加以分析.以德配天属于政治正当性的范畴,是政道;为政以德属于政治证成性的范畴,是治道.
Abstract
The Book of Documents is a classic work in traditional political philosophy.This paper mainly employs a philosophical interpretation to reveal the meaning of its people-orientedthought and to explore its modern significance.The Book of Documents is the origin of the people-oriented thought in China,which,after being inherited and developed by Confucius and Mencius,reached a complete form and became the mainstream and distinctive feature of traditional Chinese political philosophy.This paper applies the modern political philosophical categories of legitimacy and justification to analyze traditional people-oriented thought.The concept of aligning virtue with heaven belongs to the category of political legitimacy,which concerns the principles of governance;governing through virtue falls under the category of political justification,representing the practical methods of governance.
