Objective To analyze the epidemic trends and characteristics of HIV/AIDS patients reported in Futian district,Shenzhen from 2017 to 2022,and to provide evidence for optimizing AIDS prevention and control.Methods Logging in to the"China Disease Prevention and Control Information System",cases were screened based on current address(Futian district)and final review date(January 1,2017-December 31,2022),and case information and incidence trends were analyzed.Results A total of 1 206 cases of HIV/AIDS patients were reported in Futian district from 2017 to 2022.The incidence showed a decreasing trend(x2=30.951,P<0.001),and the average annual incidence was 13.04/100 000.The male to female ratio was 14.66∶1.The median age was 31 years old,and the 20-29 year old group accounted for the largest proportion(43.2%),but its proportion showed a decreasing trend(x2=6.778,P=0.009).The proportion of patients ≥50 years old was 12.7%,but its proportion showed an increasing trend(x2=10.669,P=0.001).The occupation was mainly business service staff(51.3%),and its proportion was increasing(x2=5.659,P=0.017).In the younger age group,homosexual transmission was dominant;as the age increased,the homosexual and heterosexual transmission ratio gradually decreased(x2=90.910,P<0.001).The main sample sources was passive detection,accounting for 62.0%,and active detection accounted for 26.9%.Conclusions The AIDS epidemic in Futian district has spread from the young population to the middle-aged and elderly population.The largest proportion is commercial service personnel and is on the rise.The awareness of active detection is insufficient among patients.It is urgent to take targeted measures to control its spread.
