Epidemiological characteristics and prediction analysis of mumps in a development zone of Nanning from 2012 to 2022

目的 分析南宁经济技术开发区2012年1月-2022年12月流行性腮腺炎月发病率时间序列趋势的特征,使用ARIMA模型预测发病趋势,为科学合理制订防控对策提供依据.方法 使用SPSS 23.0软件建立ARIMA模型,将2023年1~7月发病率与预测发病率进行比较,并预测2023年8~12月的发病率.结果 2012-2022年南宁经济技术开发区流行性腮腺炎共报告1 155例,年平均发病率为5.91/10万,主要集中在15岁以下青少年,占总病例数的88.31%,含腮腺炎成分疫苗(MuCV)的接种率有所上升.模型构建结果显示,ARIMA(1,0,0)(0,0,0)12为最佳模型.模型预测结果显示,2023年1~7月预测值与实际值整体趋势变化一致,误差平均值为0.22.结论 建立ARIMA(1,0,0)(0,0,0)12模型,利用2012-2022年南宁经济技术开发区流行性腮腺炎月发病率数据预测该地区2023年的流行性腮腺炎月发病率具有重大意义.
Objective To analyze the characteristics of the time series trend of mumps monthly incidence in Nanning Economic and Technological Development Zone from January 2012 to December 2022,use ARIMA model to predict the incidence trend,and provide a basis for scientific and reasonable prevention and control countermeasures.Methods SPSS 23.0 software was used to establish the ARIMA model,compared the incidence rate from January to July 2023 with the predicted incidence rate,and predicted the incidence rate from August to December 2023.Results From 2012 to 2022,a total of 1 155 cases of mumps were reported in Nanning Economic and Technological Development Zone,with an annual average incidence of 5.91/100 000.The majority were adolescents under 15 years old,accounting for 88.31%of the total cases.The vaccination rate of mumps-containing vaccine(MuCV)had increased.The model construction results showed that ARIMA(1,0,0)(0,0,0)12 was the best model.The model prediction results showed that the overall trend change of the predicted value and the actual value from January to July 2023 was consistent,with an average error of 0.22.Conclusions It is of great significance to establish ARIMA(1,0,0)(0,0,0)12 model to predict the monthly incidence of mumps in Nanning Economic and Technological Development Zone in 2023 by using the monthly incidence data from 2012 to 2022.
