单调作业中单调感对职业疲劳的影响研究

摘要
为了探讨单调作业条件下作业者职业疲劳及其影响因素,以及作业者主观单调感对于职业疲劳的影响,通过问卷调查的方法对120名汽车厂焊装生产线车间员工的疲劳状况、睡眠质量、生活质量、作业相关要素和主观单调感进行了调查和数据处理.对该作业人群的疲劳状况及引发疲劳的各项影响因素进行了统计分析及多元回归分析.分析结果表明,作业者在单调作业下产生主观单调感的现象是普遍存在的,而这种单调感会显著地影响作业者的疲劳状态.影响作业者主观单调感的各相关因素中,作业环境和作业时间是两个主要因素;而相同的作业条件下,女性作业者更容易感到疲劳,也更易于产生单调感.因此,对于作业者主观单调感的改善应首先从作业环境和作业时间两个方面着手.同时对女性作业者应给予更多的关注.
Abstract
To study the work-related fatigue and the effect of monotony on work-related fatigue during monotonous work,120 participants were surveyed on fatigue status,sleep quality,life quality,working condition and monotony by subjective measurements.The factors affecting work-related fatigue and monotony were studied by correlation and multiple regression analysis.The results show that most of the participants had the feeling of monotony during monotonous work,and it significantly affected their feelings of fatigue.Working environment and working time were the most significant monotony-related factors.Meanwhile women felt more fatigue and monotony than men did.Therefore,the further improvement should focus on working environment,working time and gender.
