基于VCG拍卖的智能车间主动调度机制研究

随着云计算、物联网、大数据等新一代信息技术的发展,智能制造已经成为世界各国制造业发展的主题.本文针对智能制造下生产运作模式的转变,聚焦智能车间的调度运行机制,提出了一种基于VCG拍卖的主动调度机制.设计了两种基于知识驱动的工件估值函数,工件自主对机器上不同的加工顺序进行估值,确定竞拍报价;机器根据社会效益进行工件选择,最终实现机器-工件的主动匹配.所提出的VCG主动调度机制,实现了工件的真实报价、个体理性、有效分配和预算平衡.VCG主动调度机制为智能车间自治运作提供了理论依据和方法支撑,为智能制造的实施和推广提供了可借鉴的解决方案和实现途径.数值实验表明:基于DD-EF估值函数获得的总提前/拖期成本比基于MPT-EF估值函数获得的总提前/拖期成本平均减少了 49.08%,获得的总社会效益平均增加了 125.76%;采用VCG主动调度机制比不采用VCG主动调度的总提前/拖期成本降低了 4.90%,总社会效益提升了 42.86%.
VCG-based Auction Mechanism for Initiative Scheduling in Smart Workshop
With the development of new information technology,i.e.,cloud computing,the internet of things,and big data,intelligent manufacturing has been a hot research area in the past decade.Considering the transformation of production operation modes of intelligent manufacturing,a new VCG-based auction mechanism was proposed for initiative scheduling in smart workshops.Two knowledge-based evaluation functions were designed for jobs to autonomously evaluate the value of different processing sequences on a machine when they bid for these sequences.The machine selected jobs based on social welfare,ultimately achieving active matching between the machine and its jobs.The proposed VCG active scheduling mechanism achieved truthful bidding,individual rationality,effective allocation,and budget balance.The VCG active scheduling mechanism provided theoretical and methodological support for the autonomous operation of intelligent workshops,which contributed to the implementation and promotion of intelligent manufacturing.The experimental results show that the DD-EF evaluation function can yield a 49.08%reduction in total earliness and tardiness cost and a 125.76%increase in social welfare compared to the MPT-EF evaluation function.The VCG-based mechanism yields a 4.90%reduction in total earliest and tardiness costs and a 42.86%increase in social welfare.
