考虑冷藏温度的生鲜产品双渠道供应链定价和冷藏决策

随着生鲜电商的发展,许多农业合作社开始采用社区网络直销和超市分销同时运作的双渠道供应链模式.在不同的供应模式下,如何决策、如何控制冷藏成本和产品质量成为经营的主要难题.本文将易腐产品的衰减性质和冷藏成本融入供应链定价博弈中,研究了面对不同的销售模式时,合作社与零售超市的定价和冷藏决策.最后通过分析得出,在商家的利润较高并且满足一定条件时,适宜对产品进行冷藏.本文对于目前生鲜销售形势各异的批发、网商、社区直销的参与者具有一定的现实意义.
Pricing and Refrigeration Decisions in Fresh Product Dual-channel Supply Chain Strategy Considering Refrigerating Temperature
With the development of fresh food e-commerce,the agricultural cooperatives begin to use the dual-channel supply chain mode by direct community online selling and supermarket distributing.Therefore,it brings great challenges to make decisions on controlling the cost of refrigeration and product quality under different supply modes.In this paper,both the deterioration of perishable products and the cost of refrigeration were integrated into the game of supply chain pricing strategy.The pricing and refrigeration decisions of the cooperative and retail supermarket were studied in the face of different sales modes.When the profit is high and the best refrigeration temperature is low,it is suitable to refrigerate the product.It has practical significance to the participants of fresh food supply chain modes like wholesale,online and community selling.
