针对多设备串行系统,提出一种基于引力窗的机会维护决策模型.该模型基于万有引力理论,以设备最佳预防维护时间点为质心并基于成本变动率拓宽为时间窗,通过定义时间窗之间与目标成本直接相关的引力值,引入基于引力窗的机会维护策略,实现系统机会维护决策方案的有效识别.实例分析表明,在95%的置信度水平下,基于引力窗的机会维护策略相比基于传统单时间窗的机会维护策略可获得更低的系统维护总成本.
Gravity Window-based Opportunistic Maintenance Modeling for Multi-unit Serial Production Systems
A gravity window-based opportunistic maintenance decision model was proposed for a multi-unit serial production system.The model took the optimal preventive maintenance time points of the equipment as the center of mass and widened them into time windows based on the maintenance cost change rate.By defining the gravity between the time windows which is directly related to the target cost and introducing the gravity window-based opportunistic maintenance strategy,the system opportunistic maintenance decision scheme was effectively identified.Experimental analysis shows that the gravity window-based opportunistic maintenance model can obtain a lower maintenance cost rate than the traditional single time window model in most cases.
