摘要
在可观测双队列排队系统中,考虑了两支队列参数相同和不同的情况.在队列参数相同的情况下,分别得到了使服务提供者利润和社会收益最大化的最优服务定价.在队列参数不同的情况下,提出了额外收费(补贴)定价策略,分析队列差异对系统性能的影响.结果表明:当两支队列差异较大时,服务提供者应向顾客获取收益更高的队列进行额外收费;而当两支队列差异较小时,则应给予该队列一定的补贴.最后,将这种额外收费(补贴)定价与单一定价进行比较,发现单一定价可能会导致服务提供者利润的损失.
Abstract
In an observable double-queueing system,cases of two homogeneous queues and two heterogeneous queues were investigated.When two queues were homogeneous,the optimal service prices that separately maximized the server provider's profit and social welfare were obtained.When two queues were heterogeneous,an extra charge(subsidy)pricing strategy was proposed.The impact of the parameter,which represented the two queues'differences,was analyzed in system performance.The result illustrates that when the parameter is large,the service provider should charge an extra fee to the queue where customers can obtain a higher return.However,when the parameter is small,it should be given a certain subsidy.Finally,the extra charge(subsidy)pricing strategy and the single pricing strategy were compared.The result shows that the single pricing strategy may lead to profit loss.
