摘要

从技术需求驱动视角,经由负面在线评论主题提取开展具有前瞻性的潜在创新方案研判,为企业精准识别技术创新机会提供方向.首先,检索目标技术创新领域相关专利文献,利用BERTopic主题聚类模型获取专利摘要数据中所含主题与关键词;其次,识别产品负面在线评论,利用主题模型遴选负面在线评论中的主题与关键词,剖析产品的突出问题点;再次,将前述创新要素进行维度划分,生成创新维度-创新要素表;然后,以领域内所含突出问题为导向,与创新法则迭代构建多维技术创新地图,生成系列潜在技术创新方案;最后,以智能手机为例,验证方法的可行性.研究结果表明,该模型能有效分析产品存在的突出问题,识别具有前瞻性的技术创新机会.

Abstract

From the perspective of technology demand-driven,through the extraction of negative online review topics to carry out forward-looking potential innovation solutions,the direction for enterprises can be provided to accurately identify technological innovation opportunities.Firstly,the relevant patent literature in the field of target technological innovation was retrieved and data preprocessing was carried out.The BERTopic topic clustering model was used to obtain the topics and keywords contained in the patent abstract data to screen the elements of technological innovation.Secondly,by identifying negative online reviews of products and using LDA topic model to select topics and keywords in negative online reviews,the outstanding problems of products were analyzed.Thirdly,the above-mentioned innovation elements were divided into dimensions,and the subject keywords extracted from negative online reviews were supplemented to generate an innovation dimension-innovation element table.Then,guided by the prominent problems in the field contained in negative online reviews,the multi-dimensional technology innovation map was constructed by iterative transformation with the innovation rule,and a series of potential technology innovation schemes were generated.Finally,the feasibility of this research method was verified by taking smartphone as an example.The results show that the model can effectively analyze the outstanding problems of products,identify forward-looking technological innovation opportunities,and provide theoretical references for enterprises to carry out product technology research and development accurately and efficiently.
