技术兼容不确定下工业互联网平台赋能科创企业的合作模式选择研究

工业互联网平台借助信息技术与制造技术间的集成及融合,正加速赋能科创企业智能化转型升级.本文从工业互联网平台为科创企业提供技术支持的视角,综合考虑平台企业与科创企业之间的技术兼容性对新产品创新投入的影响,运用博弈论建模方法深入分析了技术兼容不确定下工业互联网平台企业和科创企业之间不同的销售合作模式对平台技术支持的影响机理及合作模式选择问题.研究表明:工业互联网平台的技术支持水平对科创企业的技术创新具有互补性和替代性,工业互联网平台企业需合理配置技术支持水平实现与科创企业的技术匹配;平台与科创企业合作模式的选择受到科创企业的努力水平成本、平台佣金率以及工业互联网平台技术支持成本的多重影响,平台企业和科创企业需综合技术投入成本和新产品收益因素以确定最佳的合作模式.最后,从平台技术资源配置、政府政策性支持以及平台标准化和生态化视角提出了行业发展建议.
Research on the Cooperation Mode Choice of Industrial Internet Platform Enabling Technology-based Startups under Uncertain Technical Compatibility
With the integration of information technology and manufacturing technology,the industrial internet platform is accelerating the intelligent transformation and upgrading of technology-based startups.From the perspective of an industrial internet platform,this paper comprehensively considered the influence of technical compatibility between platform firms and technology-based startups on new product innovation investment and deeply analyzed the influence mechanism and selection of different sales cooperation modes between industrial internet platform firms and technology-based firms under the uncertainty of technical compatibility by using game theory method.The research shows that the technical support level of industrial intemet platforms is complementary and substitutive to the technological innovation of technology-based startups.Platform owners need to rationally allocate the technical support level to realize technical compatibility with startups.The choice of cooperation mode between the platform and the startup is influenced by the level of effort cost of the startup,the commission rate of the platform,and the technical support cost of the industrial internet platform.Platform owners and startups need to integrate the factors of technology cost and new product revenue to determine the best cooperation mode.Finally,suggestions for industry development were put forward from the perspectives of platform technology resource allocation,government policy support,and platform standardization and ecology.
