Research on Configuration Strategy of Capacity Sharing Platform for Two-sided Users Satisfaction
The new generation of information technology and industrial internet are promoting the rapid development of the capacity sharing business.Capacity sharing is becoming an important form of digital intelligent manufacturing.A production capacity configuration strategy for satisfying two-sided users and considering the requirements of the processing sequence was designed.The capacity sharing platform provided capacity matching and transaction services for both the supply and demand sides of manufacturing capacity.Unlike product sharing platforms such as Airbnb and Uber,the capacity sharing platform should consider the processing process requirements of the capacity demander and the processing time window of the supplier when matching the capacity of two-sided customers.Therefore,the matching of manufacturing tasks needed to pursue the optimal scheme of overall resource combination under the given process relationship constraints.Considering that the capacity sharing platform aimed to simultaneously meet the optimal order completion time of the demand side and the maximum overall satisfaction of the remaining capacity of the supply side,a stable coordinated matching strategy for two-sided users of the capacity sharing platform was studied.Finally,based on the above matching scenarios,a genetic algorithm was designed to solve the stable matching scheme.The feasibility of the capacity allocation mechanism was verified by an example and the resource utilization was improved.
