摘要

聚焦于超模块架构对双创企业双元创新活动的影响机制,结合分布式认知理论,选取典型原生互联网公司小米作为案例研究对象,分析公司组织架构演变,包括消除组织资源冗余、组织资源整合问题,同时探讨了超模块架构协同分布式认知对小米公司创新活动的影响机制.分析得出:具有相当资源的企业进行资源整合后形成了高效和柔性的超模块架构;组织超模块化架构协同分布式认知对企业战略布局具有适应性;超模块化架构能有效推动企业创新研发进程,帮助企业选择与市场、用户需求相契合的最佳创新方式.

Abstract

The paper focused on the influence mechanism of ultra-modular architecture on dual innovation activities of the internet and innovation enterprise.Combined with the distributed cognitive theory,Xiaomi,a typical native internet company,was selected as a case study to analyze the evolution of corporate organizational structure,including the elimination of organizational resources redundancy and then integration.At the same time,the influence mechanism of ultra-modular architecture on Xiaomi's innovation activities was discussed.The analysis shows that enterprises with considerable resources integrate resources form an efficient and flexible ultra-modular architecture.The organization ultra-modular architecture collaborative distributed cognition shows adaptability of enterprise strategic layout.Ultra-modular architecture can effectively promote the process of enterprise innovation research and development,and help enterprises choose the best innovation mode corresponding to the demand of market and users.
