中文摘要：考虑制造业融资优惠的影响,研究由制造企业和电商企业构成的电商供应链的需求分析-产品研发技术投资决策问题,并探讨电商企业技术投资时机和制造企业网上商城开设的策略选择.结果表明,电商企业可能提前进行技术投资,且当技术投资条件友好或存在迫切需求时,通过控制提前时段的长短可以实现双方企业的帕累托改进、提升技术投资水平、提高产品定位定价;制造企业和电商企业的策略选择存在交互关系,网上商城开设成本是制造企业是否开设网上商城的关键影响因素;电商企业和制造企业均可能从制造业融资优惠中受益.因此,建议政府通过调控制造业融资优惠力度来影响企业的策略选择,进而促进供应链协调、推动新型消费市场建设.

外文摘要：With the manufacturing industry's preferential financing,e-commerce supply chains'demand analysis and product development technology investment decisions were studied.The strategic choices about the timing of the e-commerce retailer's technology investment and the opening of the manufacturer's online stores were identified.The results show that the e-commerce retailer may make technology investment in advance.When technology investment is favored or in urgent need,the e-commerce retailer can contribute to the Pareto improvement of both supply chain members along with the improvement of technology investment efforts and products pricing via the adjustment of the timing of technology investment.There exists an interaction between the manufacturer's strategic choice about opening online stores and the e-commerce retailer's strategic choice about making technology investment in advance.The cost of opening online stores is the key influencing factor for the manufacturer to open online stores.The e-commerce retailer and the manufacturer can benefit from the manufacturing industry's preferential financing.Therefore,it is recommended that the government alters the extent of preferential financing so as to affect supply chain members'strategic choices,which promotes the coordination of supply chains and the development of the consumption market in the new era.
