Research on the Evolutionary Game of Adopting the Medical Knowledge Middle Platform
The emergence of the medical knowledge middle platform provides new ideas for realizing the sinking of high-quality medical knowledge and assisting general practitioners in improving quality and efficiency. To explore the behavioral evolution patterns of head medical institutions and general practitioners in adopting medical knowledge middle platform technologies, the one-way referral model combined with complex network theory and evolutionary game was established. The network characteristics and other key factors were also analyzed. The results showed that the adoption decision of general practitioners and head medical institutions is closely related to the change of benefits and costs before and after the implementation of the medical knowledge middle platform. The degree of coupling among medical institutions is more conducive to the promotion of platform technology due to the influence of network interaction behavior. The speed of adopting platform technology by all members is positively correlated with the efficiency of knowledge sinking achieved by this technology, and negatively correlated with the cost of knowledge interaction. The increase of penalty cost slows down the overall promotion speed of the technology.Although the medical knowledge middle platform can extend the average service time and strengthen the service quality,it also increases the risk of congestion in the medical system.Hence,an optimal service time threshold needs to be set, while considering multidimensional incentive mechanisms for positive and negative factors.
