不完美维修下考虑结构依赖的多态串并联系统选择性维修策略优化

如何在任务间隔的有限维修资源约束下,开展系统的选择性维修优化,以保证系统以最大成功概率满足下一次任务的性能需求,是维修人员关心的重要问题.首先,以多态串并联系统为研究对象,提出了不完美维修下部件不同维修水平的有效役龄模型;其次,考虑任务间隔中部件之间拆装顺序对维修资源的影响,建立了考虑结构依赖的系统维修时间与维修成本模型;最后,考虑任务间隔和维修成本的约束,以系统成功完成下次任务概率最大为目标,建立了考虑结构依赖的选择性维修优化模型,并以城市空中交通(urbar air mobility,UAM)空中汽车混合动力传动系统为案例,验证了所提方法的有效性.
Selective Maintenance Strategy Optimization for Multi-state Series-parallel Systems Considering Structural Dependence under Imperfect Repair
The optimization of selective maintenance for systems,with the aim of maximizing the probability of successfully meeting the performance requirements of the next task,is a crucial concern for maintenance personnel under the constraints of limited maintenance resources during task intervals.Firstly,the multi-state series-parallel system was chosen as the research object.An effective age model considering different maintenance levels for components under imperfect maintenance was proposed.Secondly,the impact of the disassembly and assembly sequence of components on maintenance resources was considered,and a system maintenance time and cost model considering structural dependence was established.Finally,considering the constraints of task intervals and maintenance costs,a selective maintenance optimization model considering structural dependence was developed with the objective of maximizing the probability of successfully completing the next task.The effectiveness of the proposed method was verified through a case study on the URBAN AIR Mobility(UAM)hybrid powertrain system.
