Under the background of the rapid development of'internet+medical',internet hospital,as a new service format deeply integrated with information technology and traditional offline medical and health services,has attracted much attention.In recent years,due to the impact of COVID-19 on the medical system,how to use online outpatient channel to optimize outpatient services and realize the organic supplement of offline services of hospitals has become an important direction for public hospitals to explore.Issues related to the operation and management of internet hospitals have also attracted extensive attention from scholars and hospital managers,and have achieved fruitful results.With the development of information technology and artificial intelligence technology,the integration of internet hospitals and traditional medical and health services is deepening.Through the collection and combing of existing literature reports,an ecosystem framework with the characteristics of Internet hospitals was proposed.The relevant research progress involving four participants,including demanders,suppliers,institutions and payers,was analyzed.It will help promote the further improvement and perfection of the"internet+medical"service,innovate the outpatient management theory and method under the internet hospital,and make the Internet hospital medical system achieve a virtuous cycle of health.
