The Promotation Research of Northeast Asia Regional Trade Cooperation to the Northeast Old Industrial Base of the Open Economy Development
〔Abstract〕 At present , the overall situation of the trade between the old northeastern industrial base of China and the countries of Northeast Asia is good , but there are also some problems such as commercial scale is not large , unbalanced development in different re-gions . Northeast of China did not form a unified regional market , and lack of product brand awareness . The export proportion of the pri-mary products is too large , the relatively low export proportion of mechanical and electrical products , import proportion of raw materials and resource products is too large , the dependence on the external resources is strong , the effect of the state-owned enterprises is not fully ex-ert and so on . Therefore , the cooperation pattern between the old northeastern industrial base of China and the countries of Northeast Asian needs further promotion from complementary to the strategy , including science and technology cooperation , environmental cooperation , strengthen cultural exchanges , to promote the establishment of the mechanism of political mutual trust and to promote cooperation system ar-rangement and so on .
