High-quality development is the essential requirement of Chinese modernization,and new quality productivity is an important focus to achieve high-quality development.New quality productivity has a significant role in promoting high-quality development,and the"development"and"high quality"of high-quality development also point out the direction for new quality productivity.Dialectically,in the process of enabling high-quality development,new quality productivity is also faced with realis-tic constraints such as the urgent need to improve the institutional mechanism to adapt to the development of new quality productivi-ty,the need to enhance the supply capacity of the source technology of new quality productivity,and the need to improve the quali-ty of human capital for the development of new quality productivity.Therefore,we should focus on reform and innovation to break down the obstacles of institutional mechanisms,focus on scientific and technological innovation to build strategic support for develo-pment,focus on talent innovation to consolidate the foundation of building a strong country,focus on industrial innovation to create a new engine of economic growth,and take multiple measures to jointly promote the high-quality development of new productivity to achieve practical results.
