Using dynamic fsQCA analysis,this paper aims to conduct a configurational analysis of data from the first four batches of A-share listed SRDI family firms,and to examine their digital transformation paths.The results are as follows.First,none of the individual elements is a prerequisite for the digital transformation of SRDI family firms.However,there is a noticeable trend in the need for family ownership and marketization over time.Second,four paths are driving the high digital transformation of SRDI family firms,that is:market-driven with technology support,technology-led with environmental support,de familiarization with multi-factor composite drive,and family control-led.The antecedent conditions at the technological level are especially cru-cial.There are two paths to non-high digital transformation in SRDI family firms.Third,in most years,all six routes provide sub-stantial explanatory power.In terms of spatial dimensions,three of these paths demonstrate varying coverage across different types of SRDI family firms.
