摘要

通过对12面蒸压加气混凝土(ALC)墙体试件的低周往复试验,对此类外挂墙体在地震作用下的滞回性能进行研究.蒸压加气混凝土板材与主体结构的外挂连接方式采用传统勾头螺栓节点、新型直螺栓节点和预埋件直螺栓节点,考虑板材配筋、板材拼接工法及门窗洞口对墙体抗震性能的影响,分析结构的破坏模式、刚度退化、变形及滞回性能等.试验结果表明:弹塑性层间位移角达到1/50时,破坏主要集中在节点周围、板材角部和拼接缝,外挂墙板自身未发生严重损坏其整体性较好.新型直螺栓节点和新型预埋件直螺栓节点可以较好地实现墙板在往复荷载作用时的摇摆功能,降低罕遇地震作用下墙体板材的破坏.研究成果有助于蒸压加气混凝土墙板在高层居住建筑中的应用.

Abstract

Cyclic loading tests were carried out for twelve specimens to investigate seismic behavior of autoclaved lightweight concrete ( ALC) wallboard,considering the following parameters such as connection,reinforcement of ALC wallboard,spliced-connection arrangement and effects of window and door opening.Traditional hooked bolt joint and two new types of ones ( straight bolt joint and embedded anchor joint ) were used to fix ALC wallboards on steel frames.Failure mode,stiffness degradation,deformation and hysteretic property were discussed.The experimental results indicated that ALC wallboard specimens performed well during cyclic loading and damage mainly appeared around the joints,corners of ALC wallboard and spliced connection seam when drift ratios reached 1/50.Comparing to hooked bolt joint,damage was reduced to ALC wallboard with the two new types of rocking ones under cyclic load.The research results are useful for the application of ALC wallboards in high -rise residential buildings.
