工业遗存的场所精神发掘及优势分析

摘要
通过对工业建设场址的本源性特征、场地自然环境、建设背景及文化特征的分析,推导出不同类型的工业遗存特有的精神内涵,进而发掘出场所自身所具备的性格特征.在此基础上,结合场所记忆、行为惯性、经年累计的人脉效应等优势,进行项目开发前期的定位及策划工作,以期在后期招商运营中能够上下传承、内外兼修,为城市增添美好记忆和勃勃生机.
Abstract
The paper derived special spiritual connotation of different types of industrial remains, then explored their characters through the analysis of original features of industrial construction site, natural environment, construction background and cultural characteristics.Based on this, and with combination of venue memory, behavior inertia and cumulative effect of connections, the pre-investment positioning and planning of the project were carried out so as to realize continuity and interior and exterior improvement in the post investment operation and thus to add a beautiful memory and vitality to the city.
