摘要
近年来灾害频发,医院的脆弱性变得日益明显,医院韧性在防灾减灾和灾后恢复方面发挥着至关重要的作用.目前医院抗震韧性的研究不仅仅局限于医院结构的安全性,而是更多地关注医院内部非结构构件和医疗设备的抗震性能,以及医院震后功能量化和迅速恢复的研究.从工程维度探讨了医院韧性的内涵、韧性评价理论框架和建模方法.通过对国内外医院韧性研究的进展进行综述,分析了医院韧性相关概念的联系和区别,总结了医院抗震韧性评价的定性和定量方法,并结合现有研究的局限性对未来的方向和研究要点进行了展望.
Abstract
After disasters,especially earthquakes,the vulnerability of hospitals becomes increasingly evi-dent,and the resilience of hospitals plays a crucial role in disaster prevention,mitigation,adaptation,and recovery in seismic areas.The research on seismic resilience of hospitals is not limited to the structural safety of hospitals,but focus more on the seismic performance of non-structural componentsand medical e-quipment within hospitals,as well as quantification and rapidly recover of hospital functions after earth-quakes.The paper explored the connotation,theoretical framework,and modeling methods of hospital resil-ience from engineering dimension.By reviewing the progress of hospital resilience research at home and a-broadd,the connections and distinctions among relevant concepts of hospital resilience were analyzed,and qualitative and quantitative methods for assessing hospital resilience were summarized.Finally,the paper provided an outlook on future directions and research points in light of the limitations of existing research.
