Response of Typical Plant Community Structure of Anthoxanthum glabrum and its Diversity to Soil Moisture Content
In this study, the species composition, species importance value and diversity index of A.glabrum community were analyzed under 5 different soil moisture content. There are 15 species belonging to 11 families and 14 genera in 5 communities. The dominant species in 5 plant community are Anthoxanthum glabraum,An-thoxanthum glabrum + Lagotis brachystachya,Anthoxanthum glabrum + Hippophae thibetana +Artemisia frigi-da+ Potentilla multifida,Anthoxanthum glabraum + Lagotis brachystachya,Anthoxanthum glabraum + Leymus secalinus +Artemisia frigida, respectively. The richness index Ma,Simpson diversity index D and Shannon-Wie-ner index H of plot 3 reached the maximum with 1.53,0.58 and 1.38 respectively and were significantly higher than the other four plots(P<0.05).Pielou evenness index J and species dominance index d of plot 5 are the larg-est with 0.63 and 1.78 respectively. The aboveground biomass of plot 1 was the largest reaching 857.3 g·m-2,which was significantly higher than 46.47%,112.35%,192.27%and 506.60%of plot 2,plot 3,plot 4 and plot 5 respectively(P<0.05).To sum up,the difference of soil moisture content is one of the important factors driving changes in the structure, diversity and biomass of herbaceous plant community.
