摘要
为明确白草(Pennisetum centrasiaticum)不同组分的营养成分含量,该研究选择雅鲁藏布江中游白草分布区21个样地的白草,采用野外调查取样和室内分析方法,对白草营养茎、生殖茎和全株的粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗纤维和灰分含量进行测定.结果表明:在白草营养茎中,粗蛋白含量(12.11%)、粗脂肪含量(18.03 g/kg)和灰分含量(11.74%)最高;在白草生殖茎中,粗纤维(380.34 g/kg)含量最高.利用TOPSIS分析方法对雅鲁藏布江中游不同地区白草的养分含量进行筛选,日喀则市聂拉木县(Ci=0.61)、定结县(Ci=0.58)、定日县(Ci=0.57)、江孜县(Ci=0.56)、萨嘎县(Ci=0.54)得分最高.筛选出的5个白草能够为后续的牧草选育提供优异的种质资源,对雅鲁藏布江流域的生态保护和缓解藏区牛羊饲草短缺方面起到推动作用.
Abstract
In order to clarify the nutritive value of different components of Pennisetum centrasiaticum Griseb.,P.centrasiaticum was collected from 21 plots in the middle reaches of the Yarlung Zangbo River during the field in-vestigation and the crude protein,ether extract,crude fiber and ash content of the vegetative branches,reproduc-tion branches and whole plant of P.centrasiaticum were analyzed in the laboratory.The results showed that the content of crude protein(12.11%),ether extract(18.03 g/kg)and ash(11.74%)were the highest in the vegetative branches,and the content of crude fiber(380.34 g/kg)was the highest in the reproductive branches of P.centrasi-aticum.The TOPSIS analysis method was used to screen the nutrient content of P.centrasiaticum at different ar-eas in the middle reaches of the Yarlung Zangbo River.In terms of nutritional value,the top five germplasm re-sources are Nyalam(Ci=0.61),Tingkye(Ci=0.58),Tingri(Ci=0.57),Gyantse(Ci=0.56)and Saga(Ci=0.54).The result can provide excellent germplasm resources for subsequent forage selection and breeding,which could pro-mote the ecology protection of the Yarlung Zangbo River Basin and alleviate the shortage of forage grass for yak and sheep in Tibetan areas.
