摘要
以2019年在金沙江西藏流域捕获的412尾软刺裸裂尻仔稚鱼为研究对象,观察其微耳石、矢耳石和星耳石形态结构特征,读取日龄并基于耳石日轮技术对其孵化期进行了推算.结果表明:软刺裸裂尻仔稚鱼体长分布范围为12.9∼58.96 mm(31.30±12.05)mm,体重分布范围为0.008∼2.734 g(0.662±0.682)g;在软刺裸裂尻仔稚鱼生长过程中,微耳石结构稳定、日轮清晰,是软刺裸裂尻仔稚鱼日轮鉴定的最佳材料;日龄分布范围为12∼139天(56.19±27.45)天,日龄与体长关系为Lt=-0.003D2+0.703D-1.606(n=339,R2=0.9067,P<0.01),依据耳石日轮数,推算出2019年软刺裸裂尻样本的孵化时间为4月27日至7月10日,5月为孵化高峰期.文章为研究软刺裸裂尻野生种群繁殖期及其资源保护等提供了基础数据.
Abstract
The morphological and structural characteristics of sagitta lapillus in Schizopygopsis malacanthus were examined using 412 larvae captured from the Jinsha River basin in Tibet in 2019.The daily age was read and hatching time was calculated based on the daily increments technology of otolith.Findings indicate that body length and weight distributions ranged from 12.9∼58.96 mm(31.30±12.05)mm and 0.008∼2.734 g(0.662±0.682)g respectively.The structure of the lapillus is stable and the daily increments is clear,which is the best ma-terial for the identification of daily increments for larvae of S.malacanthus.The distribution range of day age was 12∼139 d(56.19±27.45)d,and the relationship between day age and length was Lt=-0.003D2+0.703D-1.606(n=339,R2=0.9067,P<0.01).It is estimated that the hatching date of S.malacanthus was from April 27 to July 10 in 2019,and the peak was in May.These results provide foundational data for the study of the spawning peri-od and conservation of S.malacanthus resources.
