摘要

甜菜制糖废水水质水量不稳定、变化大、氨氮浓度较高、富含泥砂等悬浮物质,COD、BOD5高.采用沉淀-ABR-AO-气浮工艺处理甜菜制糖生产废水,工程规模300 m3/h,工程自2011年1月投入使用至今处理效果稳定,各项出水指标均可以达到《制糖工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 21909-2008)中新建企业水污染物排放限值.

Abstract

The beet sugar wastewater is characterized by unstable water quantity,big changes,high ammonia-nitrogen concentration, rich suspended substances with sludge and sands and high COD and BOD5. The integrated process of flocculating sedimentation-ABR-A/O-air-flotation has been used for treating wastewater from beet sugar production. Its engineering scale is 300 m3/h. The project has been put into production since January 2011 and has been obtaining stable treatment results. The indexes of every item can meet the requirements of the Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants from Sugar Production (GB 21900—2008) and the limited values of industrial water pollutant discharge for newly built enterprises in China.
