采用预处理—厌氧—两级SBR组合工艺处理保险粉废水.试验研究结果表明:预处理可提高废水的可生化性;当厌氧系统COD污泥负荷(以VSS计)不超过0.5 kg/(kg·d),两级SBR 曝气时间分别为11、8 h时, 厌氧及两级SBR的COD去除率可分别达到69%、97%,组合工艺COD总去除率达到98%,出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的二级标准.
Treatment of hydrosulfite wastewater by the combined process , pretreatment-ASBR-two-stage SBR
The combined process,pretreatment-ASBR-two-stage SBR has been used for treating hydrosulfite waste-water. The experimental results show that the pretreatment can improve the biodegradability of wastewater. When anaerobic system COD sludge load is at the most 0.5 kg/(kg·d),and the two-stage SBR aeration time are 11 h and 8 h respectively,the COD removing rates of anaerobic and two-stage SBR can reach 69%and 97%,respectively,the COD total removing rate of the combined process can reach 98%,and the effluent water quality can meet the second grade of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978—1996).
