Study on the water pollutant discharge standards for the coking industry in the United States
Based on the documents regarding the pollutant discharge standard specified by the United States Envi-ronmental Protection Agency,the U. S. water pollutant discharge standards for coking industry,including BPT, BAT,NSPS,PSNS/PSES,and BCT standards,are introduced in detail. The forming process of these standards have been researched,and the significance of every index in the standards analyzed. Through the establishment of stan-dards,the time tables of the pollution control specified in the U.S. are given. These standards can provide reference for the establishment and application of standards for coking chemical industry in China.
