Because of the differences in storage medium and difficulties in determin the phase of storage between elec-tronic data stored with blockchain technology and traditional electronic data,the legality review rules for traditional elec-tronic data cannot be directly applied to those stored with blockchain technology.For the electronic data both generated and stored on the chain and those generated off-chain and stored on the chain,thorough consideration is necessary con-cerning the influence of the blockchain as a carrier on the electronic data on the basis of respective review of the carrier and the content according to the stage they are in.The rules for the legality review of blockchain should be applied to re-view the blockchain when the electronic data are stored on the blockchain,and for the electronic data that have been re-viewed for legitimacy off-chain,a hash value comparison of the data before and after they get on the chain is enough because of the immutability of the data on blockchain.In addition,electronic data that do not conform with"the norms"but meet the requirement of"legitimacy"can be corrected,but those that do not meet the requirement of"legitimacy"should be excluded.In this way,the legality review of the of electronic data stored by blockchain technology can be made more standardized and conform with each other.
