Characteristics and Construction Path of Higher Education Teaching Quality Culture in Guizhou under the Fundamental Mission of Fostering Virtue Through Education
The fundamental task of fostering virtue through education is the value orientation of the construction of teach-ing quality culture in higher education,guiding the construction and development of teaching quality culture in Guizhou's universities.In this context,the teaching quality culture of universities in Guizhou has the characteristics of ethnicity,inheriting and coordinated symbiosis,but problems also exist such as:the lack of comprehensive awareness of teaching quality culture,priority on regulation words rather than culture itself in management,and the urgent need to optimize material and behavioral culture.Under the guidance of the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education,this paper proposes that colleges and universities in Guizhou should make clear the cultural pursuit of fostering virtue through education to stimulate the spirit of teaching quality culture in colleges and universities,improve the teaching quality guarantee system to form a closed loop of teaching quality management,and promote the coordinated construction and sharing of resources to enhance the support of material and behavioral culture to teaching quality.
