Accurately grasping the periodical nature of the political construction of the Party in the new era from both the-oretical and practical dimensions is an inevitable requirement for further advancing the political construction of the Party.Strengthening the political construction of the Party in the new era is a political consciousness of the proletariat's politi-cal party,a fine tradition of the Chinese Communist Party's governance,and an intrinsic demand of comprehensive and strict governance over the Party.At the same time,the political construction of the Party must confront the following practical situational issues:the risk of slackening"original aspiration"of Party members and cadres,dual epoch tests in the face of internal and international imperatives,and the lag in theoretical interpretation and methodological innovation.To better continue strengthening the political construction of the Party in the new era,it is necessary to build a compre-hensive and multi-dimensional practical pathway from aspects such as the primary premise,main body construction,theoretical support,and institutional guarantees.
