摘要
随着大数据、人工智能等新兴科技的发展,作为信息交换平台的互联网的功能也变得更为强大.互联网与法律服务连接,可助推乡村法律服务提质增效,切实增强乡村需求群体的获得感.目前,在互联网+技术的推动下,贵州乡村法律服务有了较大的改善,已经建立了一些覆盖城乡的法律服务平台,但是"互联网+贵州乡村法律服务"在政企合作、人才供应、信息技术以及监督考评制度等方面还存在诸多问题,这制约着贵州乡村法律服务"生态性""智慧性""高效性""公开性"的实现.对此,可在完善政企合作机制、加强互联网+治理能力建设、人才队伍建设以及健全绩效考评和监督管理制度等方面努力以解决这些问题.
Abstract
With the development of emerging technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence,the internet as an information exchange platform have become more robust.The integration of the internet with legal services can enhance the quality and efficiency of rural legal services,significantly increasing the sense of accessibility to legal services among rural populations.At present,propelled by Internet+technology,rural legal services in Guizhou have seen considera-ble improvements,with the establishment of several legal service platforms now covering both urban and rural areas.However,the"Internet+Guizhou Rural Legal Services Initiative"still faces numerous issues in areas such as govern-ment-enterprise cooperation,talent supply,information technology,and supervision and evaluation systems.These challenges hinder the realization of the ecological,intelligent,efficient,and transparent nature of rural legal services in Guizhou.This paper proposes several efforts to address these issues,including improving government-enterprise coop-eration mechanisms,strengthening Internet+governance capabilities,enhancing talent development,and establishing comprehensive performance evaluation and supervision systems.
