It is an inevitable exploration for Guizhou Province as a pioneer in the construction of ecological civilization to construct a multi-dimensional environmental disputes resolution system with complementary functional advantages and an orderly sequence among different methods.Adhering to the concept of sustainable development,this system needs to focus on the holistic and systematic protection of the ecological environment.To meet the special needs of environmental dispute resolution in Guizhou,categorization is required of various disputes so as to apply different levels of resolution mechanisms accordingly.This system needs to build a smooth connection between litigation and non-litigation mechanisms so as to ul-timately form a situation where judicial remedies are at the center,and all mechanisms cooperate throughout the entire chain,which could better promote the construction and development of Guizhou's ecological civilization.
