The growth of SRDI(specialized,refinement,differential,and innovation)enterprises is crucial for address-ing bottlenecks in key core technologies in the manufacturing industry and enhancing the resilience of industrial chains.It also serves as a concentrated manifestation of the manufacturing level of a region.After a review of the current devel-opment status of SRDI enterprises in Zhejiang Province,this paper,taking Hangzhou and Ningbo as examples,through the analysis of the environmental resources,studies the resource heterogeneity in the development of SRDI enterprises in these two cities by way of independent t-tests analysis.The study suggests that enterprises should formulate strategies based on the characteristics of regional resource environments.Simultaneously,the government should develop differenti-ated policies according to the heterogeneity of resource environments to promote efficient allocation of regional resources and jointly drive the high-quality development of SRDI enterprises.
