As workplace stress continues to escalate,employees are facing new challenges in their physical and mental health.Enterprises are increasingly recognizing the importance of employee job happiness in production management.Therefore,job happiness is becoming a focal point in research on individual psychology and behavior within the fields such as management studies.Through a review and synthesis of previous literature,this paper first clarifies the origin,conceptual definition,and measurement methods of job happiness.Secondly,it organizes the research framework of job happiness,identifying its main influence factors and resultant effects.Finally,regarding the current state of job happi-ness research,this paper offers prospects for future research directions and further elucidates the practical implications of this study for enterprise management.
