On the Pathways of Promoting Bidirectional Human Resources Mobility between Urban and Rural Areas in Guizhou under the Background of Rural Revitalization
Population mobility is closely related to China's economic development,and the demographic dividend created by the rural-to-urban population movement has propelled China's economic growth.In the context of rural revitaliza-tion,population mobility becomes bidirectional between urban and rural areas,that is,there is population return from the city to the countryside rather than only the way around.To better advance the strategy of rural revitalization,it is necessary to deeply study the new situations,characteristics,and essence of population mobility,thereby addressing the population issues during the process of rural revitalization and achieving sustainable development.
