红色超敏LaAlO3∶Eu3+纳米荧光粉的X射线激发光谱及其CIE色度特性

摘要
采用溶液燃烧合成法制备新型红色超敏LaAlO3∶Eu3+纳米荧光粉,合成的LaAlO3∶Eu3+材料具备纯R3-c(No.167)结构.采用光谱学方法,研究LaAlO3∶Eu3+纳米荧光粉的X射线激发光谱性质.结果显示,在X射线激发下,LaAlO3∶Eu3+纳米荧光粉发射出很强的红色荧光,谱带中心波长位于620nm处,发光的淬灭浓度是6.0mol%.CIE色度研究表明,样品具有优良的红色荧光发射特性且浓度效应对色调和色纯度影响较小.说明合成的荧光粉可作为高效闪烁体,在超紫外LEDs和辐射探测等领域有重要的应用价值.
Abstract
A new type of red hypersensitive LaAlO3∶Eu3+phosphor was synthesized using solution combustion synthe-sis method.The synthesized LaAlO3∶Eu3+material has a pure R3-c(No.167)structure.The spectroscopic properties of LaAlO3∶Eu3+nanophosphors were investigated by using spectroscopic method.The results showed that the LaAlO3∶Eu3+nanophosphors emitted strong red-light luminescence under X-ray excitation,and that the central wavelength of the spectral band is at 620 nm.The quenching concentration of red-light luminescence is 6.0 mol%.The CIE chromaticity research indi-cated that the sample had excellent red fluorescence emission characteristics,and that the concentration effect had a relative-ly small impact on its color tone and purity.The properteis indicate that the synthesized fluorescent powder can serve as an efficient scintillator that has important application value in fields such as high-efficiency ultraviolet LEDs and radiation de-tection.
