抗菌透明细胞相容性良好的水凝胶创面敷料制备研究

摘要
以黄原胶、丙烯酰胺、过硫酸铵等为主要材料,采用一锅法制备了水凝胶XG/PAM/AE.研究结果表明,该水凝胶具有145.6kPa的最大断裂应力,450~700nm波长的透光率为80%且具有短期抑制S.aureus生长的能力,细胞活力大于96.7%,细胞相容性优异.
Abstract
The hydrogel XG/PAM/AE was prepared by one-pot method with xanthan gum acrylamide and ammonium persulfate as the main materials.The results showed that the hydrogel had a maximum breaking stress of 145.6 kPa,a light transmittance of 80%in the wavelength of 450~700 nm,and a short-term ability to inhibit the growth of S.aureus.The cell viability was more than 96.7%,and the cell compatibility was excellent.
