Study on the preparation of wound dressing hydrogel with antibacterial,clear and good cell compatibility
The hydrogel XG/PAM/AE was prepared by one-pot method with xanthan gum acrylamide and ammonium persulfate as the main materials.The results showed that the hydrogel had a maximum breaking stress of 145.6 kPa,a light transmittance of 80%in the wavelength of 450~700 nm,and a short-term ability to inhibit the growth of S.aureus.The cell viability was more than 96.7%,and the cell compatibility was excellent.
