二乙酰一肟-氨基硫脲法测定游泳池水中尿素实验条件的研究

本文拟建立二乙酰一肟-氨基硫脲测定游泳池中尿素的方法,从波长的选择、酸度的条件、试剂的加入量、温度的条件、加热时间来寻求最佳条件。结果表明:实验最理想条件是在酸性条件,线性方程结果良好,r=0。999 6,检测波长为 480 nm,混合酸溶液加入量为 5。00 mL,二乙酰一肟-氨基硫脲溶液加入量为2 mL,加热时间为20 min,线性范围为 0~10 mg/L。该方法检测结果良好,可用于游泳池中的尿素测定。
Study on Experimental Conditions for the Determination of Urea in Swimming Pool Water Using Diacetyl Oxime Thiourea Method
This paper intends to establish a method of diacetyl monooxime-amino thiourea measuring urea in swimming pool,and seek the best conditions from the selection of wavelength,acidity,the amount of reagent,temperature and heating time.The results show that in the most ideal condition of the experiment,the linear equation is good,r=0.999 6;the detection wavelength is 480 nm;the amount of mixed acid solution is 5.00 mL;the amount of diacetyl monooxime-amino thiourea solution is 2 mL;the heating time is 20 minutes,and the linear range is 0-10 mg/L.This method has good results and can be used to measuring urea in swimming pool.
