Study on Experimental Conditions for the Determination of Urea in Swimming Pool Water Using Diacetyl Oxime Thiourea Method
This paper intends to establish a method of diacetyl monooxime-amino thiourea measuring urea in swimming pool, and seek the best conditions from the selection of wavelength, acidity, the amount of reagent, temperature and heating time. The results show that in the most ideal condition of the experiment, the linear equation is good,r=0.999 6;the detection wavelength is 480 nm;the amount of mixed acid solution is 5.00 mL;the amount of diacetyl monooxime-amino thiourea solution is 2 mL;the heating time is 20 minutes, and the linear range is 0-10 mg/L.This method has good results and can be used to measuring urea in swimming pool.
