Study on the Antioxidant Activity of Quercetin in Vivo and Its Application in the Pharmaceutical Field
Quercetin is a bioactive compound widely used in plant medicine and traditional Chinese medicine due to its strong antioxidant activity.In recent years,the antioxidant activity of quercetin has been extensively studied,including its effects on glutathione(GSH),enzyme activity,signal transduction pathways,and reactive oxygen species(ROS)caused by environmental toxicological factors.This article focuses on the progress of quercetin in terms of antioxidant activity and medicinal applications.
