摘要

本文对琥珀酸索非那新不同的合成路线进行了研究对比.通过对比发现,由(S)-1-苯基-1,2,3,4-四氢异喹啉引入离去基团(Lv)后,与(R)-3-奎宁环醇发生酯化反应,成盐,总收率约90%,具有明显的优势,不仅具有较高的收率,而且产品质量好,也更加适合工业化生产.

Abstract

In this paper,different routes of sofenacin succinate were studied and compared.By comparison,it was found that after the departure group(Lv)was introduced from(S)-1-phenyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline,it was esterification reaction with(R)-3-quininocyclol to form salt,with a total yield of about 90%,which has obvious advantages.It not only has a high yield,but also has good product quality,and is more suitable for industrial production.
