采用上向流活性炭、浸没式超滤膜以及砂滤组合工艺,循环处理某大型中华鲟展示水体。展示总水体量为10 000 m3,设计水体循环周期为 1。5 h/次,维生系统处理规模为1。6×105 m3/d。经维生系统处理后,出水浊度可稳定小于0。1 NTU以下,确保科普展示的水体清澈、透明,展示效果良好,为膜技术在养殖废水处理中的应用提供工程案例支持。
Application of Submerged Ultrafiltration Membrane In Recirculating Water Treatment System of a Large Chinese Sturgeon Exhibition Tank
Using upflow activated carbon process and a combination of submerged ultrafiltration membrane and sand filtration process,a large Chinese sturgeon exhibition water tank was circulation treated.The total displayed water volume is 10 000 m3,with a designed water circulation cycle of 1.5 h/time,a treatment capacity for the maintenance system is 1.6×105 m3/d.After treatment,the turbidity of the effluent was stably kept below 0.1 NTU,ensuring that the exhibition water is clear and transparent and the display effect is good.This design provides engineering case support for the application of submerged ultrafiltration membrane technology in the treatment of aquaculture wastewater.
