摘要

山药是优质的药食同源食品.文章通过对两种山药的活性成分进行色谱分析,对比两种山药有效成分的含量,同时通过对历代文献的归纳与梳理,对不同山药的临床作用进行对比分析,确定乡淮山药和铁棍山药二者作为药品和食品哪种更佳.最终得出结论,乡淮山药的皂苷类含量更高,更适合药用,铁棍山药的皂苷类活性较低,更适合食品用.

Abstract

Yam has always been a high-quality food source for both medicinal and edible purposes.By conducting chromatographic analysis on the active ingredients of two types of yams,this paper compares the active ingredients of the two types of yams,and analyzes the clinical effects of different yams through historical literature.Finally,the paper discusses which is better between Dioscorea opposite Thunb and Iron yam(Dioscorea opposita Thunb.cv.Tiegun)as medicine and food.The paper ultimately concludes that the saponin content of Dioscorea opposite Thunb is higher and more suitable for medicinal use,while the saponin activity of Iron yam is lower and more suitable for daily diet.
