Research on Screening and Optimization of Microbial Fertilizer Strains
Plant rhizosphere growth promoting bacteria are beneficial bacteria that live in the rhizosphere soil of plants and can promote plant growth, prevent diseases, and increase crop yield.Microbial fertilizers made from plant rhizosphere promoting bacteria are economical and environmentally friendly, vigorously promoting the development of green agriculture.Based on this, this experiment evaluated the antagonistic effects of different high-efficiency phosphate solubilizing bacterial strains against Bacillus amyloliquefaciens and against the pathogen of corn leaf spot disease, and screened the target bacterial strains for preparing microbial fertilizers. It can provide a basis for further research and utilization of microbial fertilizers.
