单细胞测序(single cell sequencing)是对单个细胞的遗传数据测序后,使用计算机及成像技术对细胞进行分析.目前,该技术在肿瘤、组织器官发育等方面应用较为广泛.单细胞技术可快速获得细胞群的全部遗传序列,并与多项学科交叉,进而产生多样的测序技术,以应用于不同目的的研究.本文就单细胞测序技术方法及其在个体发育和遗传育种研究中的新进展进行综述,并探讨其发展与应用前景.
New Advances in Single Cell Sequencing Technology in Development and Breeding Research
Single cell sequencing is the process of sequencing genetic data from a single cell and analyzing the cells using computer and imaging techniques.It is currently widely used in tumors,tissue and organ development,and other fields.Single cell technology can quickly obtain the entire genetic sequence of cell populations,and has intersected with multiple disciplines to produce more diverse sequencing techniques for different purposes of research.This article reviews the single cell sequencing technology and its new progress in individual development and genetic breeding research,and explores its development and application prospects.
