摘要

为了有效区分鉴别李斯特菌属,选择几种李斯特菌属的标准菌株,包括英诺克李斯特氏菌、斯氏李斯特氏菌、伊氏李斯特氏菌、单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌,按照相同的方法进行检测.过程中对其菌落形态、生理生化特性、溶血现象进行分析,区分不同菌株的特性,从而有效、快速地鉴别目标菌.染色镜检、动力试验、过氧化氢酶试验不能有效地区分李斯特菌属,生化鉴定及溶血试验可以有效区分.不同标准菌株之间的对比试验可有效鉴别目标菌.

Abstract

In order to effectively identify the Listeria.Standard Strains of several Listeria,including Listeria Monocytogenes,Listeria Monocytogenes,Listeria Monocytogenes,Listeria Monocytogenes,and Listeria Listeria,were selected and tested using the same detection method,during the process,the colony morphology,physiological and biochemical characteristics,hemolysis phenomenon were analyzed,and the characteristics of different strains were distinguished,so as to identify the target bacteria effectively and quickly.The results showed that staining microscopy,kinetic test and Catalase test were not effective in distinguishing Listeria,while biochemical identification and hemolytic test were effective.The comparison test among different standard strains can effectively identify the target bacteria.
