摘要

为了研究金属蛋白酶在饲料添加剂中的安全性,本实验采用临床有效治疗量 1 mg/kg体重的1倍(低剂量组)、3倍(中剂量组)以及 5 倍(高剂量组)量饮水,灌服 8 日龄健康雏鸡,对试验组增重、采食量、生理生化指标以及肝肾功能进行研究.结果表明:中、高剂量组与空白对照组相比,鸡只在给药期间有所增重.病理切片结果显示,各组鸡的脏器正常.上述结果说明雏鸡对金属蛋白酶具有良好的耐受性.

Abstract

In order to investigate the safety of metalloproteinases in feed additives,8-day-old healthy chicks were fed with 1 times(low dose group),3 times(medium dose group)and 5 times(high dose group)of 1 mg/kg body weight.Weight gain,feed intake,physiological and biochemical indexes,liver and kidney function of the experimental group were studied.The results showed that chickens gained weight during administration compared with the neutral and high-dose groups compared with the blank control group.The pathological section results showed that the organs of the chickens in each group were normal.This indicates that chick metalloproteinases are well tolerated.
